We create and sell e-learning materials and other related services with a strong belief in strategically supporting the human resource development in this shrinking society. It is our social responsibility to appropriately handle personal information provided by individuals in our business operation. In order to fulfill the responsibility, we take the following measures and protect your personal information.

    Personal information handled in all of our businesses and of our employees will be obtained, used, and provided appropriately. We will not handle personal information beyond the scope necessary to achieve the consented purpose of use. Purpose of Use

When we provide our services to you, we may collect your personal information in the following cases. Your personal information may be statistically processed and used for purposes such as improvement of our services and products and development of new products, but will not be used for any other purposes.

We may collect your personal information from your company when you take our e-learning courses and services via ASP. We consider that your consent for collecting your personal information is obtained when your company and we conclude the NDANon-Disclosure Agreementand the MOUMemorandum of Understandingon the protection of personal information.

We use your personal information we collect from your company only for the following purposes:

・To provide your user account
・To manage your user history
・To issue a certificate on your completion of our e-learning courses
・To respond to inquiries regarding the use of our services
・To take care of other necessary issues

We will not use your personal information for any purpose other than those listed above.


Safety Management Measures

We take the following measures to protect and safely manage the personal information we store.

Establishment of Fundamental Policy

We establish fundamental policies to appropriately handle personal information and comply with various guidelines and regulations by authorities.

・We appoint persons who are responsible for each step of the handling of personal information and define the scope of their responsibilities.

Organizational Safety Management Measures

・We appoint a person in charge of the handling of personal information("Chief Privacy Officer" or "CPO"and define the employees who have access to personal information and the scope of the information they handle.
・We establish a reporting system to our CPO in the event that any violation or indication of the concerning laws or regulations is detected.
・We implement periodic, internal self-inspections of the handling personal information and conducting audits by our specialized sections or external companies.

Human Safety Management Measures

・We provide all of the employees with regular training on appropriately handling of personal information.
・We clearly set the rules and regulations regarding the confidentiality of personal information in our work regulations.

Physical Safety Management Measures

・We take measures to prevent unauthorized access by controlling the entry and exit of our employees and restricting to permitted devices brought in to areas where personal information is handled.
・We take measures to prevent theft or loss of equipment, electronic media, and documents that contain personal information, and we ensure that personal information is not easily discovered when carrying such equipment, media, etc., including within the office.

Technical Safety Management Measures

・We implement access controls to limit who has access to personal information and the scope of personal information databases they handle.
・We have introduced a mechanism to protect information systems that handle personal information from unauthorized access or software.

Understanding the External Environment

We implement safety management measures based on our understanding of the legal systems for the protection of personal information in the countries where we store personal information.


Disclosure or Provision

We do not disclose your personal information to any third party without your prior consent. Furthermore, we do not provide personal information to any third party in foreign countries.
However, we may exceptionally disclose or share your personal information in the following cases:

・When we are required by public institutions such as courts and the police pursuant to the provisions of law
・When any unauthorized access, threat, etc. to our website (the "Website") is confirmed

Outsourcing
